Vibrofinishing of metals is a process in which small-sized metal parts are treated in bulk, in order to smooth the surfaces reducing their superficial roughness, thus giving it an appearance of shine and brightness, or simply to remove the burrs produced by a previous production step, such as, for example, casting or die-casting.
Vibrofinishing process, besides exploiting the friction among the parts due to the machine vibration, employs inserts, called chips or abrasives, and special chemical compounds that have the function of cleaning, degreasing, polishing, lubricate and passivate the treated parts.
The vibrofinishing or tumbling processes of metals are carried out using machines that can be of different types: three-dimensional or toroidal vibrators, tumblers, ball polishers, centrifugal force deburring machines and turbo vibrators, used exclusively within super-finishing processes.

Acid degreasing-brightener for the polishing treatment of aluminum, to be used with steel balls. It can also be used on stainless steel, brass and copper.
VIBRATEK ROLL NEW
It is an alkaline powder compound, specific for polishing small parts of aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, nickel, gold and silver. Specific for the finishing of items to be used for jewelry, eyewear and fashion accessories.
SHAMPOO NEUTRO
Neutral pH product based on surfactants, specific for the brightening of precious metals, stainless steel and brass.
SURFACID DIP 658
Liquid degreasing and polishing agent. Degreases, deoxidizes and activates steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum.
VIBRAGOLD 985
Concentrated liquid cleaner, based on natural and synthetic surfactants, used for the removal of any type of dirt from any type of metal surface. To be used within cleaning processes of jewelry, eyewear and fashion accessories.
